Biography
David Tom lahir di Hinsdale, Illinois. Dengan bantuan dari ibunya Marie, ia mulai bertindak di usia muda, muncul dalam iklan. Setelah muncul dalam peran kecil di TV, David mengikuti audisi untuk peran Pacey di Dawson Creek (1998).
