Biography
Jet Li ... terlahir ... Li Lian Jie dari Beijing, China. Dia mulai berlatih di Akademi wushu Beijing (wushu adalah olahraga nasional Cina, sebagian besar versi kinerja berbagai gaya seni bela diri) pada umur delapan. Dia memenangkan lima medali emas di kejuaraan Cina, pertama ketika ia hanya 11. Di usia remaja, ia sudah menjadi pelatih nasional, dan sebelum ia berusia 20 ia membintangi film pertamanya: kuil Shaolin( 1982), yang dimulai tahun 1980-Fu booming di Cina daratan Cina. Ia dipindahkan ke Hong Kong, di mana ia adalah bintang terbesar tahun 1990-an Kung-Fu booming. Usaha directorial pertamanya lahir untuk mempertahankan (1986).
